1. With reference to NATO documents C-M(2002)49 and C-M(63)5, the software and/or documentation published on this Web Site remains the property of NATO and is released to a NATO Nation, Headquarter or Agency, subject to the following conditions:

1.1.The recipient agrees to use its best endeavours to ensure the information herein disclosed, whether or not it bears a security classification, is not dealt with in any manner:

   a. Other than in the exclusive interest of NATO, or

   b. Prejudicial to the rights of the owner thereof to obtain patent, copyright or other likely statutory protection therefor.

1.2. If technical information within this software and/or documentation was originally released to the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) by a NATO Nation subject to restrictions clearly marked on this document, the recipient agrees to use its best endeavours to abide by the terms of the restrictions so imposed by the original releasor.
