For all supported products, NPC maintains as a single point of contact the Customer Service Desk (CSD) during normal working hours and as a 24-hour service during exercises/operations if required and tasked.
The Service Desk supports individual users based on requests and for some products the global user community through a web page on the NATO Secret WAN and distribution of Technical Bulletins as required.
